CANCELLATION POLICY
I kindly ask that you provide me with at least 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. I completely understand that life happens! Please respect my time as a service provider and small business. Cancelling an appointment with less than 24 hours of notice will result in a charge of up to 50% of your service total. All no-shows will result in a charge of 50% of the service total. Frequent cancellations or no-shows will require a deposit to book and hold future appointments. I reserve the right to refuse service and cancel future bookings.
